Regional Sales Advisor

We are looking for a high-performance Dairy Sales Advisor who knows how to challenge farmers, quantify losses, and drive change.

You will help progressive dairy producers adopt technology that directly impacts herd health, productivity, and farm profitability — not by selling features, but by showing where they are losing money today.

This is an opportunity to combine your dairy sales experience with a company bringing real data and measurable ROI into everyday farm decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and aggressively grow new business across dairy and agriculture sectors, including livestock operations, feed suppliers, and agtech distributors.

  • Build and leverage relationships with producers, farm managers, nutritionists, veterinarians, and ag retailers — while being willing to challenge their current practices when they limit performance.

  • Lead on-farm conversations, demos, and trials that focus on economic impact, not product features.

  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events with a clear point of view on where the industry is going — and what producers are getting wrong.

  • Bring back real market insight: where farms are losing money, where decisions are delayed, and where technology can drive measurable gains.

  • Manage your pipeline with discipline and accountability — numbers, not opinions.

  • Ensure customers achieve results post-sale, reinforcing long-term adoption and expansion.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in agriculture, agtech, animal health, or dairy — specifically selling into farms.

  • Proven ability to close meaningful deals ($30K+) and move customers from status quo to action.

  • Strong understanding of farm operations: herd health, calf and cow management, production systems, and precision agriculture.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead conversations, challenge assumptions, and sell based on business impact, not relationships alone.

  • Clear, confident communicator who can simplify complex ideas and tie them to dollars.

  • Highly self-motivated, independent, and comfortable spending time in the field.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.

  • Bonus: Experience with herd management systems, calf health, sensors/monitoring, feed and nutrition, or farm data platforms.

Compensation

Compensation is designed for true hunters who want to get paid on results. This is a 1099 role with a $50,000 base plus aggressive, uncapped commission tied to closed deals. With $30K–$70K+ deal sizes, each win has meaningful income impact. We cover mileage, so your time in the field is fully supported—giving you strong upside without limits.
