The Opportunity

As a Dairy Adviser at Cattle Scan, your mission is to bring our groundbreaking health monitoring system to life in the field. You’ll be the face of Cattle Scan in your territory building trusted relationships with farmers, running on-farm trials, and converting leads into long-term customers. This role is more than just sales - it’s about helping producers succeed with a solution that genuinely makes a difference.

You’ll play a key role in driving new business, supporting customer success, and building lasting partnerships with dairy producers, veterinarians, nutritionists, and agri-service providers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive sales growth by developing new business and supporting existing accounts within the assigned region

  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with dairy producers, farm managers, and other key stakeholders

  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations and lead training sessions to ensure confidence in product use and effectiveness

  • Represent Cattle Scan at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase visibility and generate new leads

  • Collect and communicate customer insights to internal teams to help shape product features, messaging, and go-to-market strategies

  • Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and regional trends through regular reporting and forecasting

  • Provide ongoing support to customers after implementation, resolving issues, strengthening engagement, and identifying opportunities for upselling

We’re looking for someone who brings:

⦁ 3+ years of experience in the dairy industry, with direct sales experience to farms or agri-business clients

⦁ A solid understanding of dairy farm operations, including herd health, reproduction cycles, and productivity tools

⦁ A proven track record in consultative sales, with strong relationship-building and deal-closing abilities

⦁ Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, both on-farm and in more formal settings

⦁ A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel within your region and occasionally internationally

⦁ Familiarity with herd management software, veterinary services, or animal nutrition would be a bonus

⦁ Asset: Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
